Duties, Taxes and/or VAT?
The customer is responsible for all Duties, Taxes and/or VAT (Value Added Tax) imposed by their respective countries on shipping(delivery). These taxes are not included in the total invoice from TruRev. We only charge for shipping from United States to your respective country.
We do not include or duties or issue refunds on international duties and taxes.
Shipping Carrier
Packages are shipped via UPS; The advantage of using UPS is the carrier has live tracking of your package online.
Duties are NOT included, you may be charged at the time of delivery by your respective country or "customs".
* In the event of unforeseen circumstances and acts of God, resulting in shipping delays, monetary compensation will NOT be offered.
